Just after 8:30pm on 07/15, a box alarm was sounded for the 2700 BLK of Ocala Ave in Company 23’s area for a house on fire, bringing Truck 29 as the second due truck. En route, communications advised they were receiving multiple calls and addresses. Engine 23 arrived to fire showing fire from the rear of a single family dwelling. Truck 29 operated on the Charlie side, assisting Engine 37 with gaining entry and opening up. Crews remained on scene for approx. 2-1/2 hours before returning to service.
